Mindful Minds


Mindful Minds aims to increase empathy and compassion in the early years of childhood through play-based learning exercises of mindfulness.

It is a toolkit providing kids with information, activities and a self reflective journal to increase awareness and acceptance.

By keeping them engaged in the learning journey through dynamic activity formats, they are able to retain more information and build behavioural patterns that will enrich their lives.


Mindfulness is something that I wish was incorporated into my learning as a kid. This has always made me passionate about the topic.  I believe that mindfulness would have helped me notice my emotions and shift to more neutral thinking.

Studies reveal that mindful breathing and other mindfulness practices are effective methods for increasing positive emotions, focus, memory, attention, and compassion, while decreasing stress and negative emotions.





zzZleep



Despite strong evidence of the relationship between insufficient sleep and health problems, most people are unaware of the amount of sleep they need, their level of sleep deprivation, and the negative impact of sleep deprivation on health.


zzZleep is a multi faceted brand which promotes the importance of healthy hours of sleep by building a bridge between healthy sleep and optimal productivity and showcasing the importance of sleep in an engaging way.







Touching Up the Capital One Logo


Capital One is a US bank based out of headquartered in McLean, Virginia. Starting as a credit card company Capital One expanded to become a retail bank in 2005.

Even though the company expanded, their logo remained virtually unchanged.

I aimed at transforming the Capital One brand by making a change in its logo which best fits its customer centric and humanistic brand personality. Looking at the brand values, brand principles and target audience, this new logo feels more balanced and fitting.

Aiming to make the viewer think outside the lines and play with their imagination.
